All products that cover under warranty condition as stipulated in the warranty card shall be available for warranty from our store. Warranty do not cover any physical defect, lightning strike or negligent by the user. Warranty void if the products is found to have a physical defect. Customer is requested to return back with a copy of original bill as prove of purchase.
Goods Replacement Policy. All amulets sold are guarantee 100% genuine.If found unsatisfied that the purchased product. You can return or exchange with other same value product. 1.Please take a photo of return amulet and send to us by email first 2.Please double wrap the amulet with the most careful.Because it was found that amulet broken while during transportation. 3. After sent the amulet,please inform us the EMS ID or Slip Number by SMS or Email immediately. Important!We do not accept these returning liquid, gel or cream. I.E. oil and see-pheung (Wax).
Refund Policy. 1.Products return in good conditions within the 1st month from invoice date as stipulated under our Goods Replacement Policy shall entitle to refund with 15% administrative charges or restocking fee. 2.Products return in good conditions after 2 month from invoice date as stipulated under our Goods Replacement Policy shall entitle to refund with 25% administrative charges or restocking fee. 3.We do not accept whichever return or refund after 3 month from invoice date. 4.Refund itemwill not be done for special offer products. Refund is only done when a suitable replacement products is not available or else our goods replacement policy will apply to any defective or wrong model of goods.
Goods Selling Policy
Goods sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable unless its fall within our Goods Replacement Policy or Refund Policy. Payment for all transaction shall be in CASH term, Debit Card or Credit Card only. Cheque payment is subjected to bank clearing before shipping of goods.
